Quiet property with a stunning view of the marina.
Unfortunately, our room had some issues. The air conditioner was right above our bed, making it very uncomfortable as it blew directly on us. Additionally, the light switch was awkwardly placed, making it difficult to turn on the lights when entering the room in the dark.

Had a great stay at Banana Bay! The Standard Quadruple Room was roomy, super clean, and had the best shower ever! Only downside? The air conditioner right above the bed was a bit much. Otherwise, you can't beat the views from the private deck.

The location is a stretch from town, making dining a trek!!! The air conditioner position is quite awkwardly placed, blowing directly on you while you sleep!!! It can be uncomfortable for light sleepers.

This is what you’re really getting
A true hidden gem with spacious, clean rooms and breathtaking waterfront views. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was top-notch! Highly recommend the typical Costa Rican breakfast. Perfect spot for relaxation and comfort after a long journey. Just a bit far from town, but definitely worth every step!

Dining at the restaurant was a delightful treat, and the nearby Fish Hook left my taste buds singing! Plus, the stunning views over the marina while lounging on the deck made every minute worth it.
Sure, it’s a bit of a hike to town for breakfast, but trust me, the stunning atmosphere made the stroll enjoyable. Who wouldn't want an excuse to wander while savoring the local scene?

Clean room, friendly staff, the air-conditioning system was just perfect for our comfort, and we particularly enjoyed the convenience of luggage storage right at our fingertips, along with an easy access to a paid shuttle service to explore nearby attractions.

I really liked the Standard Quadruple Room. It was super spacious and very clean, which was a huge plus. The shower was honestly the best I've had on this trip, so refreshing! The staff were genuinely nice too, especially the lady at the front desk. Only downside was the location, it's a bit out of the way, but it was worth it for the comfort!
